3-month personalised coaching package

This three month 1:1 personal coaching includes:

  • A free 30 minute discovery call to discuss what you want to work on.
  • An email to confirm the areas to work on and specific workbooks related to it.
  • 10 x 60 minute 1:1 sessions with me via zoom.
  • 1-2-1 access between sessions, I will be here to provide you with helpful guidance, support, and motivation via email and WhatsApp during the hours of 9am – 9pm Monday to Friday.
  • You will receive a summary of our sessions in an email along with extra helpful resources and pointers whenever you find them helpful.
